As a licensed Medicare insurance agent and Customer Support Specialist with four years of experience, she is passionate about helping clients feel confident and at ease with their coverage decisions. She understands that Medicare can be overwhelming, and she takes pride in being a steady, patient, and trustworthy resource for every person she serves. Her goal is simple: ensure each client feels supported, informed, and confident that they are in good hands.
Before entering the insurance industry, she spent 13 years with Pepsi as an Account Sales Manager/Specialist, where she managed a multimillion-dollar route and consistently exceeded performance goals. She was also selected to host and train visiting team members, serving as a leader and role model in both sales excellence and customer care.
After the birth of her second daughter, she chose to step away from her career to focus on raising her children. That time deepened her empathy, patience, and ability to connect with people from all backgrounds – qualities she now brings to her clients every day.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and their dog. Family is at the heart of everything she does and inspires the care and dedication she provides to those she serves.
