Agency Technology Support Specialist

Kayla Shue is a La Crosse, WI native who now proudly calls Onalaska home. She brings a strong foundation in process improvement and digital innovation to her work in the Medicare space. Since joining the Strive Medicare team in January 2025, she has focused on delivering a truly customer-first experience – making Medicare simpler, clearer, and more personalized for every client we serve.

With a background rooted in operational efficiency and data integrity, Kayla is passionate about building reliable processes that create consistency and trust. She believes that technology should enhance – not complicate – the customer journey, and she actively leverages digital tools to improve communication, streamline workflows, and ensure accurate, dependable information.

Kayla’s approach combines local values with forward-thinking strategy: putting people first, continuously improving how we serve them, and using technology to make every interaction smoother and more meaningful.

Outside of Strive Medicare, Kayla puts her Viterbo University music degree to work as the director of “Midwest Express,” the varsity show choir at Holmen High School, where she has been since 2022. Prior to being at Holmen, Kayla was part of the director team for the show choir at Logan High School from 2011-2022. You can still catch her onstage in the La Crosse area periodically throughout the year!
