Hi, I’m Macey! I earned my degree in Social Work from Winona State University, where I built a strong foundation in communication, empathy, and supporting others through important decisions. After graduating, I moved to Minneapolis and gained experience in several customer-facing roles, including banking, property management, and retail. These opportunities helped me develop strong client service skills, adaptability, and a commitment to creating positive experiences for people from all backgrounds.

Now back in La Crosse, I bring over five years of customer service experience to my role as a Agency Support Specialist at Strive Medicare. I enjoy being the first point of contact for clients and take pride in creating a welcoming, efficient, and supportive environment. Whether answering questions or keeping daily operations running smoothly, I’m dedicated to helping others feel confident and cared for.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors – especially walking in the bluffs – relaxing at home with my two cats, and attending live music whenever I can.
